Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least 72 hours' notice. All appointments are non-refundable. With at least 72 hours' notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your reading for another available time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. If payment has not yet been made and you wish to reschedule, payment in advance will be required to secure your new appointment. This policy helps me honour the time I've reserved especially for you while also allowing other clients the opportunity to book. Thank you for your understanding.
