Honouring Our Time Together

Every reading is a sacred space. Before each appointment, I spend time quietly preparing myself, my space, and connecting with your loved ones in Spirit. It's an important part of how I work and allows me to be fully present when we meet.

For that reason, I kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. This quiet preparation is part of the experience I create for every client, and I look forward to welcoming you when your appointment begins.

Approximately 48 hours before your reading, you'll receive an email containing everything you'll need for your visit, including:

— My address and arrival instructions

— Payment information

— Suggestions for recording your reading

— A few notes about meeting Scout

— Anything else that will help you feel comfortable and prepared

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice.

All appointments are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 72 hours' notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your reading for another available time.

This policy helps me honour the time I've reserved especially for you while also allowing other clients the opportunity to book.

PRIVATE READINGS

Cash — payable at your appointment.

E-transfer — due 48 hours before your reading.

Credit card or PayPal — available when booking online.

GROUP READING CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Group Reading. The remaining balance is due seven days before your scheduled event.

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If someone in your group is no longer able to attend, you are welcome to fill their spot with someone else.

If you need to cancel your Group Reading, your deposit remains nonrefundable. If you cancel within seven days of your scheduled event, any remaining balance paid will be held as a credit, and you will have 60 days from the original event date to reschedule.
