Honouring Our Time Together
Every reading is a sacred space. Before each appointment, I spend time quietly preparing myself, my space, and connecting with your loved ones in Spirit. It's an important part of how I work and allows me to be fully present when we meet.

For that reason, I kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. This quiet preparation is part of the experience I create for every client, and I look forward to welcoming you when your appointment begins.
Approximately 48 hours before your reading, you'll receive an email containing everything you'll need for your visit, including:

— My address and arrival instructions
— Payment information
— Suggestions for recording your reading
— A few notes about meeting Scout
— Anything else that will help you feel comfortable and prepared
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least 72 hours' notice.

All appointments are non-refundable. With at least 72 hours' notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your reading for another available time.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. If payment has not yet been made and you wish to reschedule, payment in advance will be required to secure your new appointment.

This policy helps me honour the time I've reserved especially for you while also allowing other clients the opportunity to book.

PRIVATE READINGS
Cash — payable at your appointment.
E-transfer — due 48 hours before your reading.
Credit card or PayPal — available when booking online.
GROUP READING CANCELLATION POLICY
Â
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Group Reading. The remaining balance is due seven days before your scheduled event.

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If someone in your group is no longer able to attend, you are welcome to fill their spot with someone else.
Â
A minimum of seven days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your Group Reading. With at least seven days' notice, your Group Reading may be rescheduled to another available date within 60 days of the original booking.

Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled Group Reading are nonrefundable.
