Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy All sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for understanding—this policy helps honour my time and the time of others booking sessions. Honouring Our Time Together Your reading is a sacred space where we connect, and I pour my full attention and energy into every session. Each appointment is scheduled for a specific amount of time to ensure I can serve you fully while also honouring others who have booked sessions. If a reading goes beyond the scheduled time, additional fees may apply in 15-minute increments ($35). For group readings, additional fees are custom and will be discussed in advance. This helps maintain balance and respect for everyone’s time while allowing me to continue offering heartfelt guidance to all.
